About Me

My Journey to Therapy

After graduating from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville with a master’s in social work, I decided to work abroad in Japan and South Korea to broaden my outlook on life. Upon my return to the states, I worked in various settings where I gained invaluable experience working in residential treatment, school based services, domestic violence, family support division, children’s division, home health, hospice, long term care, hospital case management, and primary care behavioral health.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am trained and qualified to provide therapy using a person centered approach along with CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy) and SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy). I am also a certified Empowered Relief Instructor for chronic pain.
